Returns & Cancellations


We will put forth our best effort to cancel an order, at no charge, so long as it is cancelled by 6:00pm on the day the order was placed. We promptly fill orders, so please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Returns on accessories are accepted for merchandise that is defective unless it has been modified or installed (those items will be subject to manufacturer warranty).

Please do not initiate the return of packages prior to receiving a return authorization (RMA). Please use the “Contact Us” form to receive a return authorization.

Custom Comfort Holsters will provide a refund or exchange on all other accessories found to be defective, the customer must notify us of the defect within 5 days of delivery.

All non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee with a minimum of $15.

If returned without original packaging, or destroyed packaging, the order will be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for return shipping charges.
A prepaid return label may be provided, if used, it would be deducted from the refund (in addition to the restocking fee). All returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase or they will be refused. Please do not return an order prior to receiving a return authorization. Returns not receiving prior authorization will be refused.

Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.
